Buy Now — Buser gift cardHow trains & buses gift cards work with crypto
Rail and coach gift cards are the budget traveller's crypto card: inexpensive, fast to deliver, and accepted by the operators that run most of the ground travel in the US, the UK, Europe and India. Amtrak cards pay for Amtrak tickets in the US; Eurostar, National Rail and Trainline cards cover UK and cross-Channel rail; FlixBus and FlixTrain cards work across their European network; Greyhound, Megabus and National Express cover long-distance coaches; IRCTC, RailYatri and redBus cover Indian trains and buses.
Most of these cards are redeemed at the operator's own checkout or into an account balance, and the whole fare — including booking fees where the operator charges them — can normally be paid from the card. The rules that differ are the country of the store, whether the card can be used at a station counter as well as online, and whether a refund of a cancelled ticket returns to the card. GiftQubes writes those on each card page.
Because tickets are often cheap, the values start low and the Qube Price grows with the card: a $100 Amtrak or Eurostar card covers several trips and costs less than face value. Delivery is digital, within minutes of the payment confirming on-chain.
For Indian travellers, IRCTC, RailYatri, redBus and the MakeMyTrip rail and bus cards are all in rupees for their Indian apps; the card page tells you which app the code belongs to.
Before you buy
- Redeem online at the operator's own site — third-party ticket sites rarely accept another operator's card.
- Match the country: a UK National Rail card is for UK tickets in pounds.
- Refunds of a cancelled ticket usually return to the gift card or account, not to cash.
- Keep the code until the journey is done; unused balance normally stays on the card.
Buying any travel card on GiftQubes, step by step
- Open the card, pick the region that matches the account or store where you will use it, and choose a value — the Qube Price and the final dollar amount update as you go.
- Press Buy Now. Checkout shows the live crypto amount for Bitcoin, USDT, USDC, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana or any of 25+ coins and networks; send from any wallet.
- When the payment confirms on-chain, the code appears on your order page and in your e-mail — usually within minutes. Redeem it on the brand's site or app as the card page explains.
Trains & buses gift card questions
Can I buy a train ticket with crypto?
Yes — buy an Amtrak, Eurostar, Trainline, National Rail, FlixTrain or IRCTC gift card with Bitcoin, USDT, USDC or 25+ coins and networks, then pay for the ticket with the code on the operator's site or app.
Do rail gift cards work at the station?
Some do (the card page says so), most are for the operator's website and app. Where a station counter accepts it, the same code is used.
Can a FlixBus card be used in every country FlixBus serves?
FlixBus cards are issued for a country's store and currency. They pay for routes sold in that store, which can cross borders; check the card page for the store it belongs to.
What happens if I cancel a ticket paid with a gift card?
Operators normally refund to the gift card or your account balance under their own fare rules — never to cash. The card page links the operator's terms.
How fast is delivery?
Within minutes of the crypto payment confirming for most cards — the code appears on your order page and in your e-mail.
