On the website
- Sign in to your account at Amazon.com
- Open Account → Gift cards → Redeem a gift card

Limits and terms
Amazon decides which items the balance can pay for and may review or restrict an account under its own gift card terms. The balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, sent to another account or used to buy other gift cards where Amazon excludes them. GiftQubes cannot see or manage your Amazon balance.
If the code does not work
- Copy the claim code exactly — no spaces before or after
- Make sure you are signed in to the US Amazon.com account, not a regional Amazon site
- Check Your Account → Gift card balance in case the code was already added
- If Amazon shows an error, send GiftQubes support your order number (GQ-…) and a screenshot with most of the code covered
