What if I send the wrong amount?
Underpayments are flagged by the payment page and can usually be topped up in the same window. Overpayments and late payments are reviewed by our team — contact support with your order number (GQ-…) and transaction hash.
What if I use the wrong network?
Always send on the network shown by the payment page. Funds sent on a different network may not be recoverable; contact support immediately with the transaction hash.
Can I cancel after paying?
Digital gift cards can't be cancelled once the code is issued. If a code doesn't work as described, our refund policy covers replacement or refund after verification.
Do I need an account?
No, but an account keeps your orders and codes in one place, holds your wallet balance and gives you the welcome credit.
Are there any fees?
