Marriott Hotels gift card overview
A Marriott Bonvoy gift card is accepted at participating properties across more than 30 brands — Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, W, St. Regis, The Ritz-Carlton, Courtyard, Residence Inn, Moxy and more — for the room and for charges settled on the folio such as restaurants, bars and spa. How to redeem your Marriott Hotels code
On the website
- Where a rate on marriott.com offers prepayment with a gift card, choose it at booking.
- Enter the card number and PIN at payment.
- Otherwise book normally and present the card at the property.
In store
- Book your stay directly with Marriott (marriott.com, the Bonvoy app or by phone).
- At check-in or check-out, give the front desk the gift card number and PIN from your GiftQubes order page.
- The value is applied to the room and folio charges; pay any difference by card.
- Keep the card — the remaining balance stays on it.

If the code does not work
- Check the property participates — Marriott lists non-participating locations on its gift card page.
- Present the number and PIN at the desk; a prepaid third-party booking cannot be paid with the card.
- If the desk cannot find the balance, ask them to check it on Marriott's gift card system with the PIN.
