How to redeem your Hotels.com code
On the website
- Search and choose a hotel on hotels.com (US site) and pick a pay-now rate.
- On the payment page choose "Gift card" and enter the card number and PIN from your GiftQubes order page.

In the app
- Open the Hotels.com app and choose a pay-now rate.

Limits and terms
Redeemed on the US hotels.com site and app for pay-now bookings (room, taxes and fees); can be combined with another payment method; no expiry and no fees. Not for pay-at-property rates, packages, flights or car hire; not redeemable for cash. Refunds of a cancelled booking return to the gift card under the rate's cancellation policy.

If the code does not work
- Choose a pay-now rate — pay-at-property rates cannot take a gift card.
- Enter the number without spaces and the PIN exactly as delivered.
- Make sure you are on the US hotels.com site in USD.
- If the balance shows zero, check whether the card was applied to an earlier booking.
