Hilton gift card overview
Hilton gift cards are accepted at participating properties across the Hilton portfolio — Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, DoubleTree, Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Canopy, Tru and more — for the room and for charges on the folio such as dining and spa. The card is issued in US dollars; at properties outside the United States the value is converted at the property's rate. It does not expire, has no fees, and the unused balance stays on the card. Hilton Honors points accrue as normal on eligible stays. The card cannot buy Honors points, cannot pay for third-party bookings, and is not accepted at every property — Hilton publishes participating locations.

How to redeem your Hilton code
In store
- Book your stay directly with Hilton (hilton.com, the Honors app or by phone).
- At check-in or check-out, give the front desk the card number and PIN from your GiftQubes order page.
- The value is applied to the room and folio charges; pay any difference by card.
- Keep the card — the remaining balance stays on it.

Limits and terms

If the code does not work
- Check the property participates — Hilton lists participating locations on its gift card page.
- Present the number and PIN at the desk; a prepaid third-party booking cannot be paid with the card.
- If the desk cannot find the balance, ask them to check it on Hilton's gift card system with the PIN.
