British Airways sells its gift value as an e-voucher redeemed on ba.com, and it is unusually broad: it pays for flights, British Airways Holidays packages (flight + hotel, flight + car), and extras such as seat selection and extra bags bought on ba.com. The voucher is issued in pounds sterling for the UK ba.com site. Limits and terms
Redeemed on ba.com only, in GBP, for British Airways flights, BA Holidays packages and extras bought on ba.com. Several vouchers can be used on one booking. Vouchers have a validity period set in BA's terms (12 months from issue at the time of writing); they cannot buy Avios, in-flight purchases or lounge access, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds follow BA's fare rules and return to the voucher or as a BA voucher.

If the code does not work
- Enter the voucher code exactly as delivered.
- Make sure you are on ba.com (UK) in pounds, not on a partner or agency site.
- Check the validity date on the voucher — expired vouchers cannot be restored.
- If the balance shows zero, check whether the voucher was applied to an earlier booking under Manage My Booking.
