Citymapper gift card overview
Turn Bitcoin, USDT, USDC and other supported coins into a Citymapper digital gift card for a Citymapper account or store in United Kingdom. Pick a value, see the exact dollar price and the live crypto quote before you pay, and receive the code on your GiftQubes order page and by e-mail once the payment confirms. The card is issued for United Kingdom — make sure the account or store where you will use it is in the same country. For rides, the one rule that matters is the brand store: redeem the code with Citymapper in the country written on this page, and the booking, loyalty points and cancellation rights are what they would be with a bank card.
Regions: United Kingdom · GBP
What you can use it for
- Pay for rides in the Citymapper app from a gift card balance
- Keep commutes and airport runs paid from crypto
- Send ride credit to a traveller or a student
How to redeem your Citymapper code
Add it in the app
- Open the Citymapper app and go to Wallet (or Payment).
- Choose "Add gift card" / "Redeem code" and type the code from your GiftQubes order page.
- The value shows as a gift card balance and pays for rides automatically.
- If a ride costs more than the balance, the app charges the rest to your backup payment method.
How the price is built
Every card is priced below its face value — the bigger the card, the bigger the discount, and your exact price is shown before you pay, with no code to type. During Halloween Deals 2026, $250+ cards are up to 15% off until 31 October 2026. See every Halloween deal →
Limits and terms
Citymapper decides which services the balance pays for in which country, and tips and tolls follow the app's own rules. What the value can buy, whether it can be mixed with another payment method, and any expiry or fee are set by Citymapper, not by GiftQubes. Codes are not cash, are not exchangeable for another brand and cannot be cancelled after they are revealed.
If the code does not work
- Check the code character by character — 0/O and 1/I are easy to mix up.
- Make sure the account country matches the card region shown on this page.
- Try the brand's website if the app refuses the code, or the other way round — some brands only redeem on one channel.
- Still stuck? Message GiftQubes support with your order number (GQ-…) and a screenshot with most of the code hidden — never post the full code publicly.
