Limits and terms
Issuer rules apply: activation or monthly fees may exist on some products, many merchants (for example hotels, car rental and some subscriptions) may reject prepaid cards or place holds, and the card can usually not be reloaded or withdrawn at an ATM. GiftQubes cannot increase limits or reverse issuer fees.
If the code does not work
- Register the card before first use if the issuer requires it
- Use the same name and ZIP code you registered as the billing details
- Split larger purchases so the total does not exceed the card balance plus any hold
- Contact the issuer first for declines; send GiftQubes your order number if activation fails
