Limits and terms
O2 decides which plans the credit buys and which devices are supported; an eSIM needs an unlocked, eSIM-capable phone. The balance, combining rules, expiry and any fees follow O2's own gift card terms, linked below where the brand publishes them. A digital code is not cash, cannot be swapped for another brand and cannot be cancelled once it has been revealed.
