How to redeem your EE code
Redeem in the app
- Open the EE app or account and go to the credit / top-up section.
- Enter the code from your GiftQubes order page; the value is added as credit.
- Choose the plan for your destination and install the eSIM over Wi-Fi before you travel.
- Switch the plan on when you land; the credit pays for it.

Limits and terms
EE decides which plans the credit buys and which devices are supported; an eSIM needs an unlocked, eSIM-capable phone. EE decides what the balance can buy, whether it can be combined with other payment methods and any expiry or fees under its own gift card terms. Digital codes are not cash, cannot be exchanged for a different brand and cannot be cancelled once revealed.
If the code does not work
- Check the code character by character — 0/O and 1/I are easy to mix up.
- Make sure the account country matches the card region shown on this page.
- Look in the account or order history: the code may already have been added.
- Still stuck? Message GiftQubes support with your order number (GQ-…) and a screenshot with most of the code hidden — never post the full code publicly.
